In dec2015 MRI showed VESTBULAR NEURITIS ,bcz of that dis balance,nausea,dizziness,internal inner ear severe squeezing pain:

Present MRI shows vascular nerve compression,tregiminal nerve and vain touching together therefore pain is occurring,no electric pain,only only shooting and jabbing pain,

🙏 thanks for elaborate case discription , I still need few more details.this pain which you are perceiving since 2015 ,does it have aggravation or amelioration in any position ,or due to any particular condition, what’s that you desire as regards taste, weather,cover, application of warm or cold substance.Is this pain related to your mental stress,, traveling, sleep. Do you dream, what’s the quality of sleep,any particular time you get sleep or it gets disturbed. Night watching how does it act on your body.how about your bowel movement, urination, perspiration,. I am sure your menopause has set in but when your menses were going on was there any relationship with pain.do you any time get pain while eating,drinking cold or hot drinks.do you ever consume alcohol,if yes any relation with pain. No aggravation in any position.left side pillow ke saath cheek and ear ko dabakar sone se relief.otherwise constant pain like depth of inner ear will burst.but pain is not in the ear tregiminal nerve is touching the ear nerve.
In month of aug in rainy season dis balance,nausea occurs.too much of AC cooling disturbs.
Feel little comfort after covering face.
Mental stress is only bcz of trigeminal nerve compression and pain.
Applying warm water left cheek and overall face and body gives relief.
Enjoy travelling no problem.
Regarding sleep due to these medicines like amitriptyline and pregalin some times over sleep sometimes no sleep,otherwise sleep was all okay.
Urination some times is frequently going otherwise all okay,
Menopause was sudden stopped after taking out the cyst from my uterus in2012 month of may,no any kind pain was during menses.I completed 60yrs on this month 21st September.
No pain while eating,brushing,drinking,and touching give’s relief,get relief with hot drinks,hot water.
I love to take alcohol only 30ML at night.
Glass of beer in summer and brandy in winters,but due my medicines no alcohol.

My pain is internally connected with ear 👂 therefore I feel superficial pain also,like my left cheek,and jaw.squeezing and shooting and bursting pain depth of inner ear,therefore right ear 👂 internally gets some sensation.bcz ear nerves connected each other,but there is no pain in right ear,only internal discomfort.isilie ear dis balance,dizziness,nausea occurs,vertigo me suddenly Gir jaate hain,main kabhi nahin giri,it’s bcz of connection with internal ear nerve with tregiminal nerve,little complicated problem may be due to tooth extraction,or some other reason,

Mrs rana is here under your treatment from last one month for my vastibular neuritis,and tregiminal nerve pain.while I started your medicine I stopped pregalin m 75 twice in a day from 1st October itself.only on your medicine.
My condition now.
Pain relief almost 40%
Squeezing pain in depth of inner ear 👂 is relieved,ear wax lubricant was dry from last 7yrs,abhi wax ban ne laga hai,therefore I am getting relief from my pain,
I feel main Bina operation ke theek ho jaungi,but the negative is feeling fatigue and tiredness thakan, too much,due to weakness little very feeling mental stress,but nerve is getting relieved,gaining weight at least 2or 3kg don’t know with pregalin or homiyopaithik medicine,concentration power is still very less,due to feeling too weak.physical and mental strength I need now,

Some times pain without any reason aggravates.generally mornings it relieves.while sleeping at night it aggravates.sometimes it aggravates from physical exertion like half and hour slow walk too,otherwise in daily routine it has relieved 35%,but sometimes vertigo occurs nausea and vo miting feeling.I take vertin 16mg for that,but not regularly,I am gastroenteritis patient too.plz look into my symptoms now and send the medicines.

My treatment started on6th of October 2022.almost 3months are over.my left side tregiminal nerve pain including bursting inner ear 👂 pain,some times vertigo nausea due to inner ear nerve trauma almost 60%relieved.vertigo like sleeping 🛌 with left side just for a moment unconsciousness reason must be touching the nerve with vain occurred 17,18,19and20th dec2022,that time I took vertin16 mg twice in a day,after wards I regularly did my slow walk,meditation and yoga.now perfectly fine,
Now condition is this when I sleep 😴 with left side (turn)gun guni si ear main aur cheek main taklif mahsoos hoti hai to main pillow se left ear ko daba ke so jaati hoon,to aaram mil jata hai.

More of dryness in throat and chest means dry cough hai dr sahb,using mataka paani but still not suiting little cold water too.aaj little vertigo bhi feel hua, no issue I take vertin rarely when I feel vertigo,🙏🙏
🙏no need to take Vertin , you can take 30ml Brandy with my medicine I have already allowed it , avoid all the food articles who will keep your mouth full of aroma of that article for at least 30 to 40 minutes from medicine intake

Extremely sorry for trouble you dr sahb, from last Saturday I am taking your medicine regarding my chest discomfort and dry throat, mujhe lag raha hai ki donon medicines together along with proper gap mujhe suitable nahin ho rahin . Aaj to subah se throat me bahut dryness hai, while breathing burning sensation bhi feeling too.I am absolutely fine with tregiminal nerve pain, chest me and throat me bhi steam se jyada aaram milta hai along with my walk, may I discontinue that chest and throat medicine with your permission,kindly suggest.🙏🙏

As dedicatedly taking my my medicines,my medicines will be finished on 21st of aug.in between 21st July to 27th July my vertigo problem occurred due to I think empty stomach whole day on 21st July. I took vertin 16mg almost 5days twice in a day.I know very well, mujhe empty stomach se problem hoti hai and some times giving my public performance otherwise all good 👍 I can read myself internally.in next month my one year treatment will be completed, my humble request dr if you can give me the the prescription of my medicines I will be grateful to you.although I can continue my course for a long time, but just I wanted to know, which medicines and how much potency I am taking?
